Data is critical for informed decision-making. Key principles for tailoring generative AI in business are shared, emphasizing that it should be open, targeted, trusted, and empowering. The speakers illustrated AI’s potential, such as its integration with drones for building inspections and its application in optimizing temperature control in data centers, which can also benefit environments like shopping malls and offices. The discussion included AI’s influence on revenue management and dynamic pricing as well.

The importance of establishing trusted AI governance frameworks and effective risk management was highlighted, along with insights into AI applications in cybersecurity and preventive maintenance. Resources from the speakers were offered to support innovators on their AI journeys. Towards the end of the session, attendees also shared additional use cases in workplace optimization, robotics, and facility management.
