Sustainability in the Workplace 22 Feb 2023

When embarking on the sustainability journey, where would a business even begin?

On 22 February 2023, we brought together Johnson Controls, Faradai, Advancer Smart Technology, Terrascope, and SC Ventures by Standard Chartered to address the increasing need for end-to-end and viable sustainability efforts.

The session commenced with a presentation by Mr Teo Seow Hian of Johnson Controls, who spoke about how the QueenBee Program could be the starting point for digital sustainable transformation. Following that, Mr Dobrin Dimitrov showcased Faradai’s platform that provides end-to-end data analytics solutions across the energy value chain, from generation to consumption. Dr Chee Chong Lim then discussed Advancer Smart Technology’s efforts to optimize energy efficiency by utilizing renewable energy. Mr Miguel Fernandes also presented Terrascope’s end-to-end decarbonization platform, which assists businesses in reducing their emissions. Finally, Ms Lynette Lee from SC Ventures introduced HUMA, a tool that aids businesses in addressing ESG due diligence, risks, and opportunities.

Overall, the fireside chat provided attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to make a positive impact on the environment while improving their bottom line in sustainability.
