Celebrating a Successful Discovery Day!

As the Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab evolves towards co-commercialization with partners, we’re excited to share the highlights from our recent Discovery Day held on 23 Oct 2024. where we brought together over 50 stakeholders, including adopters, investors, and collaborators.

Discovery Day aimed to illustrate how our ecosystem operates from “saving money” through innovations that optimize energy consumption to “making money” by transforming carbon calculations into ESG passports. This creates opportunities for green loans and carbon credits, reinforcing the idea that innovations should be viewed as investments rather than costs. Our strategy emphasizes deploying solutions at the tenant level before scaling up to building and city levels, ensuring a thorough and impactful implementation.
